Adults can get a real HAVO/VWO diploma at a funded school - free if you are under 18
VAVO at a government-funded ROC gives real classes (evening or daytime, part-time possible); you can do just the subjects you failed and accelerate (havo in 1 year). Cost 2025-2026: 1,458 eur/year if you turn 18+ before 1 August; FREE for the whole year if you are under 18 on 1 August. Unlike pure self-study, it is a real school with teachers and attendance.
