What to expect.

A straight answer, usually within a day
We read every email ourselves. If the answer is 'this needs a real immigration lawyer', that is the answer you get, with no upsell attached.

Corrections taken seriously
If a tool told you something that turned out to be wrong or unclear, tell us. We check it against the source, fix it, and tell you what changed. Getting this right matters more than looking right.

Your data, your call
Want to know what we hold about you, or want it gone? MAS stores almost nothing by design, and a waitlist email is deleted on request. One email is enough, no forms.
What belongs in this inbox.
Email us about
- A question about what a tool told you, or a result that looks wrong.
- A privacy or data request (access, correction, deletion).
- Press, research, or partnership questions about MAS.
What MAS cannot do
- Legal representation in an IND case. MAS does not represent anyone; a lawyer or gemachtigde does that.
- Checking or speeding up the status of your application. Only the IND can do that.
- Advice on how to get around a rule. MAS explains the rules, it does not bend them.
