MAS Labs is a small, founder-led studio run by someone who runs AI-powered businesses solo, every day. The same tools we build for you, we depend on ourselves. We do not pitch AI we have not lived with.
The short version
Most AI work splits into two camps. Agencies that demo well and disappear when the edge case shows up, and consultants who write a deck and let someone else build it. Neither runs the thing in production. We do.
MAS Labs grew out of running real businesses on AI, from Utrecht, Netherlands. The agents that handle our inbox, the dashboards we check every morning, the automations that quietly save the week, those came first. Offering them to other businesses came second.
So when we say a system is engineered and not prompted, it means it has already passed the cases that broke the last one. That is the only kind of work we put our name on.

We use what we sell
Every system here runs in our own businesses before it is offered to anyone. The agent that books your calls books ours. If it does not survive our Tuesday, it does not reach yours.
Your code, your keys, no black box
Everything is built on your accounts and lives in your repository. Your keys, your code, your data. If we ever part ways, the machine keeps running without us. That is the difference between a studio and a lock-in.
We will tell you when AI is the wrong tool
Half the real wins are a clean automation, not a model. We say so. An operator has no incentive to sell you a chatbot you do not need, which is the whole point of hiring one instead of a hype shop.
