EU newcomer with a side job? A few hours a week can unlock the FULL Dutch student grant + free transport
If you are EU/EEA/Swiss/UK and work enough to count as a migrant worker, EU equal-treatment law forces NL to give you the SAME study finance as a Dutch student: basisbeurs, supplementary grant, the student transport product (free/discounted travel) and the low-interest loan - not just the tuition loan EU students normally get. Work at least 32 hours/month (24-32 assessed case-by-case; after 6 months an average of 24 can be enough). Keep payslips: DUO checks retroactively and reclaims if the work was not genuine.

MAS reads your IND letter, checks whether an employer can legally sponsor you, and finds work that will actually take you. Free, no account.
