These tools are run by Moka AI Solutions (“MAS”), the data controller for any personal data you choose to share here. Contact email: hello@maslabs.nl. Registered in Utrecht, the Netherlands. KvK registration and full postal address will be published here once the entity registration is finalised.

The two free tools, the IND sponsor check and the orientation-year clock, run your query and show you the answer. We do not store, log, or transmit anything you type into them.

The only personal data we collect is what you deliberately submit through the opt-in form: one contact detail (an email address or a Telegram handle), plus a record that you consented (the time and the version of this notice). Nothing else.

We use that contact detail for one purpose only: to reach you about visa-sponsor jobs and related help, which is exactly what you asked for. The legal basis is your explicit consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. If you do not tick the box, nothing is sent.

Your submission is delivered privately to the MAS team so a person can follow up. We never sell your data, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing. The only processors involved are the infrastructure providers that host the site and relay the message.

We keep your contact detail only as long as needed to help you, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. When you opt out, we remove it.

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, withdraw your consent at any time, or object to its use. To do any of these, contact us through the contact page. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch data-protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
