Get into HBO or university with NO diploma at all, once you turn 21
The 21+ toets (at universities: colloquium doctum) lets you into a programme without the normal diploma if you pass the programme's own entrance assessment - huge if your foreign diploma is not recognised or you never finished school. Contact the admissions office and ask for the 21+ toets for your programme; check the programme's OER for what is tested. You must be 21 before the programme starts. Each institution sets its own test, so difficulty varies and some programmes do not offer it.
