MAS is run by MokaStudio (KvK 94754195), based in Utrecht, the Netherlands, under the name Moka AI Solutions. You can reach us at hello@maslabs.nl. By using this site you agree to these terms.

MAS offers free information tools for internationals in the Netherlands: an IND letter reader, a check against the public register of recognised sponsors, an orientation-year (zoekjaar) date calculator, a finder for live jobs and internships (and for study programmes, side jobs and housing), a CV helper, a library of answers that each name their source, and Sara, a chat assistant that uses the same data. It is free and needs no account.

MAS is not the IND and has no connection to it. MAS does not give legal advice, does not represent you in any procedure, and cannot see, influence, or speed up any application. What the tools produce is general information to help you understand your own situation. For decisions that affect your residence rights, verify with the IND or a qualified immigration lawyer.

We work hard to keep the tools accurate: the sponsor data comes from the public IND register (the tool shows when it was last updated), and the letter reader is built to say so when it is unsure. But automated analysis can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated, and rules change. Deadlines in your letters remain your responsibility. Always check a deadline against the letter itself and, when in doubt, with the IND.

Vacancies are read from employers' own career pages and can close or change after we read them. An employer being on the register of recognised sponsors does not mean it has a role for you or will sponsor you. Sara and the CV helper are AI assistants: check what matters against the official source before you act on it.

The tools are free for personal use. Do not use them to send abuse, to probe or overload our systems, to resell their output as a service, or for anything unlawful. We apply rate limits to keep the tools available for everyone, and we may block use that breaks these terms. The letter reader, the CV helper and Sara each have a daily limit per connection, and they share a daily limit on how many AI answers MAS gives across the whole site. When a limit is reached, the tool says which one. Both reset at midnight, Amsterdam time.

The tools are provided as they are, without any guarantee of availability or fitness for your specific situation. To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, MokaStudio is not liable for damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, information produced by these free tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.

What we do and do not process is written in plain words in the privacy notice. The short version: your letter, your CV text and your messages to Sara are not stored by MAS, and the sponsor check and zoekjaar clock themselves store nothing you type. MAS keeps only a few things: items you choose to save, employers and searches you choose to follow, a Telegram link if you set up alerts, and a contact you deliberately submit. The privacy notice says how long each is kept and how to remove it.

We may update these terms as MAS grows; the date at the top always tells you the current version. These terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes belong to the competent court in the Netherlands.
