MAS offers free information tools for internationals in the Netherlands: an IND letter reader, a check against the public register of recognised sponsors, and an orientation-year (zoekjaar) date calculator.

MAS is not the IND and has no connection to it. MAS does not give legal advice, does not represent you in any procedure, and cannot see, influence, or speed up any application. What the tools produce is general information to help you understand your own situation. For decisions that affect your residence rights, verify with the IND or a qualified immigration lawyer.

We work hard to keep the tools accurate: the sponsor data comes from the public IND register (the tool shows when it was last updated), and the letter reader is built to say so when it is unsure. But automated analysis can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated, and rules change. Deadlines in your letters remain your responsibility. Always check a deadline against the letter itself and, when in doubt, with the IND.

The tools are free for personal use. Do not use them to send abuse, to probe or overload our systems, to resell their output as a service, or for anything unlawful. We apply rate limits to keep the tools available for everyone, and we may block use that breaks these terms.

The tools are provided as they are, without any guarantee of availability or fitness for your specific situation. To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, MokaStudio is not liable for damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, information produced by these free tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.

What we do and do not process is written in plain words in the privacy notice. The short version: the tools store nothing you type into them, and the only data we keep is a contact detail you deliberately submit, which we delete on request.

We may update these terms as MAS grows; the date at the top always tells you the current version. These terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes belong to the competent court in the Netherlands.
