An official diploma evaluation (IDW, via Nuffic for havo/vwo/hbo/wo or SBB for vmbo/mbo) tells Dutch employers, schools and the gemeente what your foreign diploma is worth here. Standard fee about 149 eur, but it is FREE once if you are doing inburgering, naturalising, or applying for a permanent permit (proof via your DUO inburgering letter). Apply at idw.nl; if you have no diploma documents you can still get an indication of your level.
