Eight nationalities skip the entry visa and apply after arriving
Everyone else needs an MVV (entry-visa sticker) issued abroad before a long stay. Nationals of the USA, Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Monaco and Vatican City are exempt - they can enter, then arrange the residence permit from inside NL. Faster and more flexible. Note: MVV-exempt is not permit-exempt; you still need the residence permit itself for stays over 90 days.

MAS reads your IND letter, checks whether an employer can legally sponsor you, and finds work that will actually take you. Free, no account.
