Students: 16 hours/week all year OR full-time all summer, and internships are permit-free

Non-EU students on a study permit can legally earn: EITHER max 16 hours/week year-round OR full-time in June-August (not both). An accredited internship that is part of your Dutch programme needs no work permit at all - a signed three-party agreement replaces it. Your employer (not you) applies for the work permit (TWV); without it the paid job is illegal. EU/EEA students have no hour limit and need no permit.

MAS reads your IND letter, checks whether an employer can legally sponsor you, and finds work that will actually take you. Free, no account.
