Minimum wage at 15: EUR 4.50 per hour
From 1 July 2026 an employer must legally pay you at least EUR 4.50 gross per hour if you are 15. This is the wettelijk minimumjeugdloon and it applies to every employer, including supermarkets and delivery work. Holiday pay of 8% comes on top.
