Work and money

Every time you are called in, you get paid at least three hours

On an on-call contract you are entitled to at least three hours of pay each time you are called in, even if the work turns out to take one hour. Being sent home early does not reduce it. This applies per call-up, so two short shifts in one day are two lots of three hours.
