Your employer owes you a month's pay for telling you too late
On a temporary contract of six months or longer, your employer must tell you in writing at least one month before it ends whether it will continue, and on what terms. If they tell you late, or not at all, they owe you compensation of up to one month's salary. This is the aanzegplicht, and it is missed constantly. If your contract ended and nobody wrote to you a month in advance, that is money you can ask for.
