The legal minimum wage per hour if you are 21 or older
From 1 July 2026 the statutory minimum is EUR 14.99 gross for every hour you actually work. This is a floor set by law, so no contract, agency or employer can pay you less. Check it against your payslip: divide your gross pay for the period by the hours you worked. If the result is under this amount, you are being underpaid.
