The M-form: the arrival-year tax refund most newcomers skip
In the year you immigrated to NL you were resident only part of the year but still get full-year tax-free thresholds and credits - which usually means a refund, frequently 500-3,000+ eur. You file the special M-return (English version available), not the normal one, and you can still do it up to 5 years after that tax year. There is no penalty for filing purely to claim a refund.

MAS reads your IND letter, checks whether an employer can legally sponsor you, and finds work that will actually take you. Free, no account.
