Minimum wage at 16: EUR 5.17 per hour
From 1 July 2026 an employer must legally pay you at least EUR 5.17 gross per hour if you are 16. This is the wettelijk minimumjeugdloon and applies to every employer. Holiday pay of 8% comes on top.
